Beautiful, clean, and the workers were exceptional. Michelle, our HouseKeeper, knew us by name, greeted us every day and had everything replenished and spectacular for us upon returning to the room daily. Michelle and I even hugged each other on our way out of our stay. You have a very valuable employee in her!

There are a lot of things that you can do in the area. The Aquaventure water park has a lot of fun activities, there is a plethora of restaurants that you can choose from for the dinners (although they can be expensive). I would suggest visiting the city while you are there as well. The city is not where the downtown area is. The downtown is the area where the cruise ships are and the city is another area.

Lots of activities for the kids, lots of wildlife spread on the several aquariums spread through the property. Several options of restaurants on site. The apartment was super clean and comfortable too.

rooms nice bathroom could have been cleaner . beautiful outdoors ocean life and looks gorgeous . we don’t love casinos but you have to go through to access marina village and some other areas

Gorgeous huge architecture. Marine life everywhere is done so we’ll, lovely, interesting. Really good food with lots of choices for everyone across the resort. Nice pools, lots of lifeguards. The beach is huge and beautiful. SO many things to do! And everything is included except experiences with dolphins, stingrays, and turtles. Rapid River needs a specific mention - Wow. Excellent attraction. The staff everywhere was so friendly and down to earth. Plato’s food is the way to go to save a bit. Their food is good, and their desserts were excellent!
